      1. Overview

      This Payment Policy describes how Tamraa Couture accepts and processes payments on tamraacouture.com.

      We currently accept online prepaid payments only. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

      2. Accepted Payment Methods

      UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI apps).

      Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and other supported networks).

      Net banking from major Indian banks.

      Select digital wallets, where available through our payment partner.

      Available methods may vary by device and bank. The options shown at checkout are authoritative.

      3. Payment Security

      Payments are processed through our secure gateway partner.

      We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials on our servers.

      4. Currency & Pricing

      All prices on tamraacouture.com are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

      Applicable taxes and shipping charges (if any) are shown before you confirm payment.

      Please review your order summary carefully before completing checkout.

      5. Order Confirmation

      Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

      If payment fails or is interrupted, your order will not be placed.

      If payment was deducted but your order was not confirmed, contact support with your transaction reference.

      6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

      If a payment fails, no order is created and any temporary hold on your account should be released by your bank within a few business days.

      If you believe you were charged twice or charged without an order confirmation, contact support within 48 hours with your transaction reference and registered email.

      7. Refunds

      All Tamraa purchases are final sale. Refunds apply only to verified damaged, defective or incorrect items as described in our Purchase Policy, and are processed to the original payment method.

      Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary after a resolution is approved.

      8. Fraud Prevention

      We reserve the right to verify orders and cancel transactions that appear fraudulent or inconsistent with our policies.

      Orders associated with disputed or chargeback transactions may be held pending investigation.
