We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, colours, and prices. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of garments.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. We may correct listing errors and cancel/refuse affected orders with a full refund where payment was received.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Your order is accepted only upon successful payment and order confirmation from Tamraa.
All Tamraa purchases are final sale. We do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds.
This includes change of mind, personal preference, styling preference, colour preference and incorrect size selection.
Please review product descriptions, measurements, fabric details and care instructions carefully before placing your order.
If you receive a verified damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and an unboxing video. Any such resolution is at Tamraa’s discretion and is described in our Purchase Policy.
All content on tamraacouture.com — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to Tamraa.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
If you submit reviews, messages, or other content, you grant Tamraa a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business (subject to applicable law).
You represent that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful or offensive material.
Our Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws in India.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamraa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for claims relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tamraa from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the website, or violation of law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab, India, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
